Unwind Quote Post

The quote that I am going to be “ dissecting” is that Lev said “he becomes like that briefcase in the ground, full of gems yet void of light, so nothing sparkles, nothing shines.” This shows that Lev feels like he is full of good things but no one can ever see it. Because when he says nothing sparkles nothing shines he is saying he can't be seen for them “gems” inside him but just as a unwind that he was born to be. This can be related to real life because someone could be the nicest person but only seen for the bad that they've done. I can relate because I do my work in class but I talk a lot and sometimes teachers only look at me as a “talker” and not as a hard worker, and that's how I think Lev feels.
