Individual Post “You don’t like me, do you?” Those words started a brief fight that soon turned into a connection that neither the Admiral nor Connor expected. A misunderstanding between the connection of a secret man and a troublesome boy. Connor went to the Graveyard not knowing what was going to go down. Who would be there? How long will we be there? What would be there? He was wondering where his friend Lev was, if he was even alive. Then there was Risa, who he cared more about than anyone, including Ariana, who was supposed to run away with him, yet was too concerned about her personal life to even worry if her closest friend would even survive to see the next day. Him and Risa had a connection, mentally and physically, the bonds, the trust, even the kiss that helped them see the how much he needed her, and how she needed him. The discussion between Connor and the Admiral helped Connor realize the true Admiral. Well, so he thought. Although he showed the dentures that Connor thought were from an Unwind, Connor was still uneasy about the Admiral, but with the talk he seemed to feel comfortable talking to him. “A lie that is half-truth is the darkest of all lies.” ― Alfred Tennyson Although Connor thought he knew all about the Admiral, we soon realize how many secrets he is keeping. Rebuilding his son, one piece at a time. Emby’s bad lungs were previously owned by the urban legend Humphrey Dunfee, which we all know is now true. Yet, no one knows about the psycho who would kill a kid to rebuild his unwound son. So, will he get caught? I guess we will have to read and find out.
