In this book he government and he parents are getting power over their kids than they should get. In the book he parents could get your kids unwind and that make your parents in power and the government is he one who made this bill of life. Which makes more power for the government and the kids who get unwinds are trying to survive the juvey cops from getting, and this connects to history because of adolf hitler came to power at 1933 and he has planned to get the europe on his hands. and adolf hitler is getting power over europe and the people in europe was trying to survive plus hitler hated the jews so the killed all of the jews he could find and the jews were trying to find somewhere to survive.
